Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the West Coast territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and overseas headquarters) to ensure alignment on technical solutions and project execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, track pipeline activities, and report on performance against targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to promote Tofflon products and generate leads
- Support project handover to project management and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution
- Manage regional sales budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor\\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical equipment, biotechnology, or industrial equipment industries
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate complex solutions to customers
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- This is a hybrid role, primarily remote from a home office, with occasional work expected at our Springfield, NJ office as needed.
- Approximately 40–60% travel is required, including domestic travel within North America and international travel.
