• Position Summary

Project Manager with certain medicalimaging industry background to take endtoend ownership of Rimag’s projects and daily operations in Thailand. This role acts as the key liaison among hospitals, local suppliers, service providers and business operators. This role will coordinate multiparty stakeholders, drive smooth project delivery, oversee ongoing operation execution, and proactively follow up to secure timely payment collection and project delivery.

• Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the wholecycle project management and operational execution of medical imaging projects in Thailand, covering project kickoff, implementation, onsite coordination and postgolive operational support.

Serve as the primary pointofcontact for external stakeholders including partner hospitals, equipment suppliers, construction contractors, technical service providers and local operators; conduct regular communication, align expectations, resolve onsite issues and mitigate project bottlenecks.

Coordinate and manage all collaborating parties, monitor project milestones, progress and deliverables, ensure projects are delivered on schedule and in compliance with contract requirements.

Track contractual billing milestones, drive invoice issuance, follow up receivables closely, and ensure timely payment collection from counterparties. Escalate paymentrelated risks to the regional leadership in a timely manner.

Identify project and operational risks in advance, propose mitigation plans, and report project status, operational performance and key issues to the regional management team on a regular basis.

Support local businessrelated documentation, contract followup and crossfunctional coordination with headquarters.

• Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in healthcare, biomedical engineering, business administration or related fields is preferred.

Precious working experience within the medicalimaging sector, having worked in hospitals, medicalimaging companies or related healthcare organisations preferred; understanding of hospital workflows, imaging equipment basic knowledge and hospitalenterprise cooperation models like ppp models.

Experience in crossstakeholder project management: capable of communicating, negotiating and coordinating with hospitals, vendors and service providers.

Good command of English for daily business communication; Thailanguage proficiency is highly preferred.

Strong capability in risk identification, problemsolving and resultoriented execution; must be able to push for payment collection and commercial deliverables.

Able to work onsite in Thailand, adapt to frequent site visits.

## 主要工作职责

1. 全面负责泰国地区医学影像项目全周期项目管理与运营执行，涵盖项目启动、落地实施、现场协调及上线后的运营支持。

2. 作为合作医院、设备供应商、工程施工方、技术服务商、本地运营方等外部相关方的首要对接窗口；保持常态化沟通，统一各方预期，处理现场问题，化解项目卡点。

3. 协调管理所有合作方，监控项目里程碑、进度与交付成果，保障项目按计划交付，符合合同约定要求。

4. 跟踪合同约定的开票节点，推动发票开具，紧密跟进应收款项，确保合作方及时回款；如出现回款相关风险，及时上报区域管理层。

5. 提前识别项目及运营风险，制定风险应对方案；定期向区域管理团队汇报项目状态、运营业绩及重大问题。

6. 协助处理本地业务相关文件、合同跟进，以及与总部开展跨部门协同工作。

## 任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，医疗、生物医学工程、工商管理或相关专业优先。

2. 有医学影像行业从业经验，曾任职医院、医学影像企业或相关医疗健康机构者优先；熟悉医院工作流程、影像设备基础知识，了解 PPP 等医企合作模式。

3. 具备多方主体协同的项目管理经验，可与医院、设备厂商、服务商开展沟通、谈判与协调。

4. 能够熟练使用英语开展日常业务沟通；**精通泰语优先**。

5. 优秀的风险识别、问题解决能力，结果导向，执行力强；具备回款推进与商业交付落地的推动能力。

6. 可在泰国驻场工作，能够适应高频次现场出差。
