· Influencing HCP product recommendation is primarily conducted face-to-face where I achieved 116% of my target for 2022.

· I influenced HCPs in regional clinics over the phone and hit 100% of this KPI.

· I reached 100% of my lunch & learn target in 2022 where I educated 42 HCPs via these training sessions and product presentations.

· I finished in the top 2 for overall KPI achievement in 2022

· Assisted clients by designing spectacle lenses to ensure appropriate functionality that will best suit their individual lifestyle needs.

· In addition to the strong technical component of this role, working towards and exceeding KPI’s was a priority with daily and weekly reporting to my team and the regional manager.

· As required, I often acted as store manager of the Bentleigh branch where I was responsible for basic business administration, branch banking and reports of KPI progress.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

· I was selected to represent OPSM at the 2019 Diabetes Expo (Melbourne) to raise awareness of the importance of routine eye testing and the technology involved.

· My team and I achieved 104% of our Net Sales target in 2021 despite COVID-19 restrictions in place.

· Exceeded expectations and the target for Net Promoter Score (T=65%) with a rating of 72% which is based on customer feedback per store.

· As a supplier’s representative, I was involved in the distribution of raw materials across 12 different market segments Eg. Chemical additives, films, adhesives, food ingredients.

· Through identification of customer’s requirements, I liaised with global suppliers and valued customers to produce efficient and valuable solutions.

· I was responsible for constructing and distributing weekly newsletters with market reports to the Catalyst supplier and customer base.

I mentored 10 first year Science students to ensure a smooth transition into university. I encouraged my mentees to push themselves outside their comfort zone and to take on new opportunities that university may present them.
