Pre investment stage of the project was successfully completed:
- developed and formulated the basic idea of the project;
- drafted the Charter of the project;

the initial data of the project; assessment of investment; attractiveness of the project; the main temporary stages;
the basic assumptions and constraints; the main risks;
the structure of the organization of the project);
- developed and implemented a template for the economic calculations;
- conducted preliminary economic calculations (identified key indicators of the project
with an analysis of the sensitivity of the project);
- created the structure of the partition of works ( a work breakdown structure) and conducted all the planning of the project;- developed an organizational structure for the project and formed a working group of the project;
- held asuccessful defense of the declaration (ID Project) and of the investment attractiveness of the project to the investor;
Successfully launched investment phase of the project:
- held analysis of the market of suppliers of ceramic tile in Spain and selected the necessary ceramic tile factories;
- selected the desired range product mix and assortment of ceramic tile;
- held multi-level talks with the representatives of more than 15 European ceramic factories
regarding terms, conditions and volumes of procurement and visited 8 factories in Spain
(Castellon) for the final negotiations;- formulated an assortment matrix and carried out calculating
of pricing on the selected range of assortment;
- procurement contracts' concluding procedure initiated;
- held the negotiation with Russian companies to conclude ceramic tile supply
agreements
