Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the sales and develop new project in Vietnam in the area of insulation industry (Panel, Roofing, coating pipe, Home Appliance, Wood imitation ) / Molded foam (Seating, furniture product) aligned with regional and country strategy, focusing key products as PMDI and FPET.
• Technical support and develop project in flexible foam, focusing TDI, PPG.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Monitor / analysis on market information, current market trend, competitors, products’
applications and technology, service needs and initiate appropriate action plans.
• Providing technical service for Polyurethane Rigid / flexible segment and polyurethane raw material segment in Vietnam market.
• Support training (Technical / HSE) and resolve issues to achieve business results
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on existing accounts for business development
• Understand important regulatory requirements affecting existing technology and markets
• Conducting Trial / onsite troubleshooting in support of strengthening and growing the Polyurethane businesses of customer
• Closely work with System house / technical center to develop new products for Vietnam market
Achievements :
• Operational sales plans which resulted in 20% increase yoy in overall Polyurethane sales volume (from 2014)
Maintained effective working relationship with current customers (South Vietnam) – expanded customer base by 50% (2014 – 2015) & 30% YoY from 2015 to 2020
• Participate in successful projects to develop Rigid / Flexible foam / TPU business in Vietnam (Transplant and local customers)
• Strong technical services to support Raw material (TDI /PPG) sales teams in country and ensure that their targets were achieved
• Provided Training / Solution in term technical or HSE to customer in Vietnam
