Delivery Optimization:

Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the efficiency and 

timeliness of delivery processes.

Record the process of digital transformation in order to support the 

business and make sure it operates efficiently and meets its key 

performance indicators (KPIs).

Supply chain Optimization:

Implement logistics strategies to increase efficiency and decrease 

costs.

Lead and manage the logistics function to ensure compliance with 

regulations and standards.

Regularly review and improve logistics operations in order to achieve 

efficient and streamlined processes and improve overall 

performance.

Investigate the root cause of operational incidents and service 

failures and make recommendations to management.

Regularly enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to 

enhance productivity.

Handle stakeholders and internal customers and respond to their 

inquiries or concerns related to supply chain issues.

Responsible for leading the implementation of import and export 

processes.

Supply the necessary analysis of information for all categories to 

meet category improvement goals.

Implement Logistics team work to achieve organization with KPI's and target goal of Management team. Optimize of Logistics operator can work with a team in pressure situation. Solve problem for smoothly work with other department by SOP of team. Make team work with operation team to improve efficiency. Import

 Co-ordinate with supplier wills delivery shipment to factory for check with Thailand condition (TISI, Hazardous).

 Co-ordinate with shipping for exemption of shipment will use BOI, FTA.

 Handling plan delivery material to Factory base on production plan.

 Plan operator and equipment for receive material in factory WH. Export

 Co-ordinate with shipping for export clearance before FG loading on vessel.

 Plan trailer to receive FG at factory to Port.

 Co-ordinate and checked with port for support shipment will delivery to port.

 Control delivery plan base on on-time delivery with departure time of vessel. Domestics

 Set schedules delivery FG to customer base on on-time delivery plan from sales and customer time to receive.

 Analyst daily delivery cost of transportation and make action plan to reduce cost of transportation with condition of per trailer.

 Control Transportation Company under safety rule and customer condition.

 Daily report to manager of delivery team work.
