Responsibilities:

Manage all financial closing, taxation and fixed asset

Develop and implement continuous improvements initiatives related to financial process

Work with operations department to ensure compliance with established policies and standards

In-charge of statutory audit, ensure local statutory compliance requirements are met

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial performance analysis and management reports

Preparing the financial account in line with the IFRS/TFRS

Prepare monthly consolidate and reporting packages

Undertaking fixed assets and inter-company accounting in a primary capacity;

Provide support to colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance

Processing journal entries, undertaking general ledger reconciliations and undertaking closure of accounting books

on a monthly basis (month-end accruals, prepayments, P&L and Balance sheet reviews).

Undertaking management, financial and statutory accounting, control and reporting processes, activities and

projects;

Undertaking subsidiary company in Cambodia

Responsibilities:

Role as in-charge for audit engagement (lead audit teams)

Field work with multi-national and local clients, both publicly traded and non-public corporations

Actively planned, supervised and executed corporate operational audits, ensuring compliance with generally

accepted audit policies, applicable laws and regulations and corporate objectives

Design and implement responses to material misstatement, test appropriateness of journal entries

Review accounting estimates for bias, and analyze significant unusual transactions

Prepared the financial statements, including required disclosures to ensure that they are in accordance with

generally accepted accounting principles and others regulatory requirement

Area of audit include revenue, operating expenses, capital asset, employee benefit and other cycles

Supervision & Management responsibilities:

Directed and educated assistant auditor team members on auditing techniques and audit program including MS

office

Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment
