(Inbound-Outbound Logistics)

- Source and compare new transportation providers, negotiate, prepare logistic contract

agreement and related contracts.

- Plan shipments of raw materials and manage inventory to support production.

- Monitor inventory of products and production status. Coordinate with production planner,

operation, warehouse and concern party to support delivery schedule.

- Plan shipments of product delivery to customers. Prepare loading plan, delivery plan,

SAP system, COA and documents related with sales information and customer requirements.

- Manage product trading process (imported products) : Goods receipt (GR), issue delivery order

(DO) and goods issue (GI).

- Manage bulk vessel for export delivery. Coordinate with port, shipping agent, surveyor and

manage inventory of storage tank at the port.

- Internal auditor, set-up procedure - work instruction and related document of logistic division

for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF16949 standards registration.

- Analyze data, propose and implement changes to solve problems and result in greater

efficiencies, cost reduction and improve customer service.

- Manage data with excel skills : PIVOT, V-lookup, Excel formula.
