职责业绩:

1. Define software requirements for new AMHS equipment, develop DOE to validate the functionality, meanwhile, responsible for the deployment HW and SW integration

2. Define SW interface requirement between AMHS equipment and MCS system with MCS engineer

3. Develop roadmap with Vendor for MCS system bugs fixing and new features enabling

4. Develop and draft integration test scenarios b/w AMHS Equipment/MCS/MES/Other automation system, set up test environment and procedure; As well as responsible for deployment of AMHS Equipment and MCS system integration to Automation system and release to production.

5. Support daily operations, trouble-shooting and MCS system configuration to meet end user'srequirement; participate in system crisis event take effective containment to minimum impact

6. Provide AMHS/MCS L1 training to Intel Service desk team and assess their qualification; as well as rest of Automation peers and end users.

7. Co-work with other Automation applications’ domains to resolve system defect, define change process and procedure, optimize system to reduce impact and improve efficiency for end users

8. Develop dashboards and reports for system metrics as well as monitor for anomaly detection

9. Data analysis for system optimization to improve system efficiency as well as provide data to support system issue cracking and take proactive action

职责业绩:

1. Generate and define AMHS equipment design specs and requirement within 300mm semiconductor Factory for vendor to support Factory production Ramp.

2. Responsible for overall AMHS HW/SW system design, analysis as well as design of experiment development for system functionality validation.

3. Support startup and qualification of new AMHS system as well as sustain existing AMHS system

4. Define roadmap with Intel GSM team and Vendor for short-term and long-term engineering continuous improvements as well as deployment of system issues solutions

5. Responsible for AMHS equipment’s continuous performance improvement, maintain highest record within global Intel.

6. Lead multiple task forces and troubleshooting for Interruption of Production (ITP) cases to minimum production impact; meanwhile, crack daily operations issue and prevent recurrence of issues.

7. Identify technical requirements and gaps for AMHS technician, define SOP for daily operation, maintenance and deliver training and assess training result

8. Closely work with multi-department to lean the process and improve the efficiency

9. Co-work with Global engineers to improve daily operation quality as well as technical skill
