Qualify the marketing and sales leads

• Support prospecting initiatives and campaigns assigned

• Pursue new customers through outbound calling and email strategies

• Drive revenue through attaining maintenance renewal revenue goals

• Proactively contact customers and explain the product and benefits

• Prepare quotations and ensure accurate information

• Ensure accurate customer data and sales activities are collected and entered the CRM system

• Being a moderator in the conference as needed

Handle the after sales and service tasks

• Maintain a good relationship with customers

• Answer an incoming customer calls and complaints

• Issue the sales and service documents (PO, Quotation, Billing, Report)

• Support sales and engineer teams in administrative tasks

• Prepare the shipping documents to import the shipment

• Coordinate with the shipping agency (Air Freight)

• Ensure the delivery schedule from suppliers to customers

Negotiate with suppliers, compare the price and issue PO

• Control the delivery date as agreement (Sea & Air Freight)
