Southern Kyushu area.

-Proposed chemical admixtures for concrete to clients, mainly existing clients.

Construction Chemicals division.

New Development Division

- Development of pellicle for G10, ArF, ArF immersion.

- Design and fabrication of pellicle cases (plastic).

- Meeting and negotiation for case mold improvement.

- Negotiate with internal departments and vendors and arrange business with customers.

- Establish methods for analyzing outgassing on pellicles.

- Supervising and chemical analysis technically training staff of 3.

Engineering Division

- Improving the efficiency of the production process for flavoring raw materials.

- Analysis and process improvement when quality defects occur.

- Prepared ISO quality and environmental management manuals and communicated with

external audit organizations.
