Responsibility: Research and Development about compounding of polyamide 6 and 6,6 (nylon), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyphenylene

sulfide (PPS) for electrical and automotive parts

-Operate the twins screw extruder for compounding by using optimized condition to reach the target property, operate injection machine

and characterize the properties by tension, flexure and impact properties under standard condition or at low and high temperature.

- Design new product properties to conform the customer requirement by raw materials, additives, master batch, glass fiber, extruder

screw alignment, extrusion condition

- Support production division for NG product investigation and counter measuring

- Support the customer problem by investigation the defect parts by SEM, DSC, TGA, appearance, dimension by CMM and at the

customer site.

- Support for investigation the root cause of defect s by adjust injection condition and another factor

- Manage the annual budget for new investment: injection machine, extrusion screw element, evaluation instrument in laboratory etc.

Responsibility: Research and develop unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane resin and bulk molding compound (BMC) for both of reinforced and

non-reinforced type for various application

- Characterizing the mechanical property of resin and assign sub co-ordinate and find the best way to reach the customer requirement

- Synthesizing unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane resin and BMC for the new items or solving problem of customer or production division to find

the root cause of issue

- Visiting the customer at their plant for general visiting or solving the problem

- Contacting the suppliers about some additive for enhancing the requirement properties of product

- Advising the production department how to operate the new items or problem items at production site

- Meeting with sales section about the situation of customer and market surveying and discussion how to increase volume

- Characterizing the film properties such as pencil hardness, cross cut, scratch adhesion etc. of urethane enamel and alkyd amino resin

- Prepare SDS data of hazardous substance for conform GHS version.
