Ø Responsible for the management of assembly workshop and BULK parts sequencing

workshop.

Ø Responsible for logistics planning and preparation of new 5 series (G38) assembly

workshop.

Ø 5 series as a top-selling BMW model and a key project of the company, we

successfully completed the RG4/5/6 audit and later we get stable mass production.

Ø Reduce customer complaints in the BULK standard parts workshop, optimize the

newly added scanning PKYK system, conduct PFMEA process analysis, daily delivery

of 80,000 pieces, 0 complaints.

Ø Training new hiring employees from US plant and Mexico plant.

Ø Monitor production operation data and financial indicators.

Ø Participate in customer meetings, control customer complaints, plan new project

logistics planning.

Ø Optimize head count management, increase team cohesion, provide job career

training plan, comprehensively improve communication and team training.

Ø Through lean production, improve team management efficiency, reduce cost and

improve efficiency.
