1.在线仪器工艺布局方案,如视觉CCD、电化学、压力等,完成了10J/11J/28TH/12J/15J共计5个工厂;

2.离线仪器检测方案,建立新工厂标准化QC工作站,输出标准化建设手册,如IPQ、PQC、OQC、TE的仪器,完成了11J/28TH/12J/15J/35H/45Q共计6个工厂;

3.荆门工厂6区安全性实验室建设,完成了力学、电学和环境可靠性的设备和布局规划和实施,计划于10月启用,输出标准化手册;

4.荆门工厂PV型式性能实验室建设,完成了方形铝壳、圆柱46系列的设备和布局规划和实施,计划于10月正式启用;

5.实验室CNAS和CMA的策划工作,计划于2023年6月正式申报;

6.实验室系统Lims和QMS、MES的对接策划工作,由公司IT实施;

7.实验室团队的组建,现共计26人,其中2位硕士,其他本科大专;
