Focused on SAFETY at all time, included but not limited to safety monthly audits,
PPE campaigns, housekeeping initiatives and sustainability audits
• Manage all aspects of daily operation, including entire sales team's plan of action,
procurement, use of resources and materials, logistics, and all administrative
matters
• Oversee productivity to identify areas that should be improved; design plan for
improvement and ensure process continues smoothly by implementing DFSS and
PMP methodologies
