Hold events, update product knowledge to win the market. In charge of developing new brand in the
market. Research market trend, customer buying behavior, competitor strategies and their future activities
for ontime action needed. Maintain company images via showrooms layout & decor, outlets, distributor
knowledge & customer services as well as settle feedback issues.
• In charged of retail channel, develop Kohler & all its subsidiary brands in the market.
• Do presentation to architecture firms. Training distributors sales team, architect firms: Product
knowledge, new product update, Kohler technologies, Inspiration…etc.
• Maintain & develop company images via showrooms, sales team & all relate to company code of ethics.
• Develop relationship with key architect firms, key persons.
• Balance between sales in, sales out, between cost for promotion support & return.
• Motivate, coach, train sales-staff for optimum sales performance & attitude.
• Improve customer service, technical support by understanding customer need & want.
• Maintain pricing, quotation, payment term & all sales report, retail sales & showroom sales for the
nationwide.
• Drive traffic to showroom by improve showroom images, layout & showroom décor to good feeling to
attract customer, holding event, event content, FB ads and set KIP to distributor sales team.
• Propose business strategies, operating plan, action plan, sales plan in detail for GM & higher level.
• Work with distributors on retail proposal, retail promotion, retail activities to archive the sales target.
• Market research: Research all competitors information (activities, promotions, product trends,
showrooms, future strategies....).
• Understand Kohler’s customer profile by doing investigation, market survey & Delphi method from that
propose a way to win the market.
• Co-ordinate with AEM & other markets, plants & oversea logistic teams for shipment, product, orders &
all issues related.
• Coordinate with marketing team to celebrate events, seminars, sales supports & marketing strategies
(include UTL & BTL, PR, POSM, premiums, showroom images….).
• Discuss, persuade & manage distributors for all activities: Action plan, promotions, images, PR….
• Coordinate between customer, plant about customer requirement for all retail technical team.
• Propose Kohler strategies
• In charge of full Karat & Englefield brand, develop Karat brand in the market for both project & retail
channel.
• Approach & find new potential distributors for both retail & project.
• Hold event, seminar, training
• Contact & deal with 3rd- parties for events & marketing material.
• Maintain 3rd-parties relationship
