• Team leader of 7 sales engineers, with responsibilities like implementation,
monitoring and control of new projects with every customer. The north zone has
three important clients (Vitromex, Lamosa and Cesantoni) located with different
plants in Chihuahua, Saltillo, Nuevo León and Zacatecas with turnover around
$108.00million/year.
• Introduction of Torrecid new product line (launch innovation committee) responsible
in the Mexico Area Market coordinated with the R&D and Design department in
Mexico and Spain in order to create strategies to introduce innovative products with
ours clients.
Achievements
• In September of 2020 in coordination with the R&D department and the sales team
of the center zone we developed the “Full Lapatto hybrid solution” the first hybrid
solution produced in Mexico with very high quality and productivity giving our customer the opportunity to increase their sales. This innovation is giving us turnover of
$20.16 million/year.
• Working together with the sales team we started developing products for new sectors like tableware (Santa Anita, Anfora), plastics (Ineos, Uniform Color) and glass
(Glasser).
• In September of 2019 we get for the first time sales in Vitromex Chihuahua, around
$1.29 million/year.
• In Jan of 2018 increased 40% of turnover from 1.74 million to 2.94 million/year in
Vitromex Saltillo.
• Implementation of the continuous improvement project of glazes, decreasing the
quantity of raw materials and getting 15% more profit per product in coordination
with my colleagues from San Luis, Monterrey and Tlaxcala. Savings around $1.80
million/year during 2016 to 2018.
