Responsible of developing and managing Account Plans for each customer providing
customer profile information, and action plans that are consistent with company and
Commercial Manager Direction.
Responsible of developing and maintaining customer relationships including
responding to customer service needs, soliciting new business to support sales plan
objectives, negotiating & closing contractual agreements, managing the contracting
process and communicate customer and market intelligence to the internal
organization. Responsible of Identifying and communicating customer needs and
performance and actions necessary to meet customer requirements
