Key Responsibilities :
▪ Assist the management team to develop, manage and monitor the HSE performance
of the company.
▪ Report on Company’s HSE performance to the management team.
▪ Monitor and advise on all HSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company
compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and
good industry practice.
▪ Set up Proactive KPI target and action plan to achieve the target.
▪ Setting a budget for safety activities.
▪ Support , Meeting and report with HSE global group
▪ Responsible and coordinate for ISO systems (ISO 14001 & 45001 external audit , ISOtraining program,, Internal audit and Management review meeting)
▪ Responsible and coordinate for HSE and Sustainability improvement / Project
improvement such as the Solar rooftop project , Improve Safety Guarding of Machines,
Ergonomic Improvement , Reduce Noise , Energy-saving Project (Variable FrequencyDrive Inverter - VFD or VSD , Barrel Jackets) , Zero waste to landfill Project, Fire
Protection Detector Project , Lighting Protection System Project , Install High Bay LED
Lighting and others
▪ Leader of 5S & Housekeeping program (Plan, Organize , Control and Cerebrate)
▪ Leader of The Stop, Think, Examine, Proceed (STEP) program is a safety- and
process- improvement initiative. Its purpose is to engage the entire workforce, in order
to garner opportunities for improvement of our safety management. (Plan, Organizeand Control)
▪ Leader of Safety tool box talk activity (Plan, Organize and Control)
▪ Leader and coordinate of Machine receiving assessment in HSE part
▪ Performing safety audits, Risk assessment program ( Assessment & Updating &Controlmeasure) to identify hazards and ensuring safety regulation compliance.
▪ Investigating accidents and occupational injuries to determine causes.
▪ Identifying best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce
work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
▪ Conducting worker training in areas such as Fire drill, First aids, Safety risks analysis,
Lockout tagout (LOTO), Management of change (MOC), Crane , Forklift , safety laws
and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment / PPE.
▪ Coordinating the HSE management programs and external audit as corporate’s
strategy.
▪ Being responsible for all matters relating to the implementation of Health, Safety and
Environment in Company.
▪ Coordinating the Energy saving management programs as corporate’s strategy.
▪ Coordinating the Solar rooftop project as corporate’s strategy.
▪ Performing the Chemical management program (Inventory, MSDS, labeling,Permit) ,Emergency management program ,Ergonomic program ( Assessment &
Improvement) ,Contractor control management ,Waste management program (Permit,Manifest, Recording, Monitoring, Audit) ,Waste water management program
(Procedure, sample analysis, monitoring, maintenance) ,Workplace environment
monitoring ,Vehicle safety (License & training & inspection & Improvement) and Road
Risk Campaign Activity and 5S & Housekeeping program in Company.
▪ Performing the COVID-19 management program in Company.
▪ Overseeing disposal of substances according to environmental standard or regulations.
▪ Monitoring the effective HSE performance of the Business (including contractors andsubcontractors).
▪ Conduct Monthly Safety Committee Meeting.
▪ Conduct yearly fire drill evacuation and submit the report to government.
▪ Conduct Annual Employee Medical Check-up and submit the report to government.
▪ Other task as assigned.
