PMC manager
Duties:
• In charge all activities of planning department
• Receive projects from CO, ask R&D to make BOM and drawing then reviewing drawing
implement plan for each project.
• Cross-over functional depts to pursue the best prototype in order to customers’ review and
confirm before mass production.
• Demand planning for materials once projects are launched from the head.
• Call meeting to explain plan as well as finished date for each project to related department
in Vietnam (R&D, QC, WH, Purchasing, Production) and CO, and top project manager in
head office (Hongkong)
• Jump in and handle production issues regarding quality.
• Being flexible to control and change suitable materials in case of purchasing issue.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse as well as deploy warehouse inspection to ensure raw materials
and finished goods are as available as committed on ERP.
• Evaluate and control quality of materials.
• Training staff for ERP system
• Instruct them to use basic power BI for project.

• Projects in charge are shipped on time
• Quality of product shipped are meet customers’ criteria
• Meet the vice president requirement to connect PMC dept to other functional dept in the

Duties: (Be direct and in charge of importation and warehouse project)
Import – Export: (solid wood, plywood, fabric, leather, hardware, accessories, electronicdevices, iron, alu)
• Oversee documents to prepare for customs clearance
• Handle customs clearance in urgent & important cases, and instruct staff to cope with a
similar case in the future
• Handle customs paper for yearly customs report
• Plan for import and export as well as local delivery activities.
• Work closely with customs to deal with issues during import & export activities
• Monitor inbound/outbound activities and propose process improvements to headquarters
• Keep in touch and extend relationships with local customs and ICDs
• Calculate the cost to come up with the price for selling
• Coordinate with planning and production teams to catch up to CRD
• Strong relationship with external/ bonded warehouses and 3PLs
• Source 3PLs for diversification of choice to be suitable with the specific case of delivery
• Analyze LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL logistics issues and create solutions to decrease
these costs
• Develop and design transport routines to maximize economy by combining shipment or
consolidating distribution.
• Lead and improve distribution & logistics practice and network optimization including
distribution center and transportation to decrease budget plan.
• Review and update supply chain practice in accordance with new or changing environmental
policies, standards, regulations, and laws.
• Communicate with all functional units for cross-department matters
• Makeup report monthly to point out existing customers’ feedback, andlogistics issues and
raise solution
• Follow shipment and request for payment
• Make and maintain a monthly budget plan
Merchandiser:
• Receive orders and requirements regarding quality of materials and products
• Pursue and chase to make a prototype for customers’ choices
• Work cross-over functional departments to ensure products are qualified and meet shipping

• Handle customers’ complain in case of quality, late shipment.
• Meet audits from customers to inspect quality of products
• Update information and data changed by customers or BOD
• Support accountant to calculate cost of products

• Manage and control staff productivity as well as translate short and medium sales into
warehouse resources to implement and balance resources, materials, and finished goods to
meet production as well as export plan
• Define weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans to align with the current situation of the
warehouse and factory
• Daily control of trucking in-out and unloading and loading activities.
• Daily monitor resources compared to daily production capacity
• Ensure to utilize of both raw materials and finished goods in the warehouses
• Ensure continuity of operation always meet managers’ requirements
• Implement 5S, appropriate TPM, and daily KPIs and improve warehouse operation
• Monitors the amount of materials and raise alert to related department
• Quarterly material counting and checking to ensure the correct min/max level of materials
• Oversee outbound activities related to order-filling, stock replenishment, and shipping.
❖ Warehouse organization and People Management
• Monthly execute staff training to improve productivity as well as warehouse’s new process, also
the understanding methodology of safety and inventory management
• Improve communication channels to avoid misunderstanding information, and reinforce problem-
solving skill to face daily issue

Administration:
• Ensure activities of the whole supply chain meet the factory’s project.
• Evaluate potential risks of whole supply chains raising solutions
• Train, develop, engage and motivate human resources for the supply chain
• Prepare weekly and monthly report to top management and regional team
• Direct the team to co-ordinate with all related functions including customer service, planning,
production, and finance to implement the company’s strategy & goals
• Solve and settle any conflicts and issues arising within the team and other functional teams.
Achievement:
❖ Import & Export/ Transportation
• There were no failures of local delivery cause negative effects to company.
• Ensure the company complied to customs’ regulations.
• All documents are transparent and clear to customs’ inspection.
• Transportation procedure and inbound & outbound activities implemented faster as well as
transportation cost decrease 30% compared to last same volume.
❖ Warehouse management
• Reduce time of delivery from 75 minutes to 30 minutes once receiving order of delivery by
moving layout of materials slot and lower size of cargos.
• There are no mistakes of wrong delivery by labeling color to each basket therefore make
operation of both warehouse and shopfloor smoothly
• Pro-actively manage materials shortage by using color cards to warning materials is lower
min level so warehouse could make an alert to related department.
• Successfully, training 23 office and warehouse staff be pro-active and understand the
importance of FIFO-LIFO, min-max level of material.
• Successfully, built tools and dashboards to monitor and control supply chain
activities by SQL and Power BI
Other tasks:
• Assist supply chain manager to work with RnD and Sales team to get customers’ criteria for
each orders, size, functions, quality
• Support procurement team to source solid wood and choose best suppliers then making report
to supply chain manager and explain why these suppliers are chosen.
• Receive stock report and alert from warehouse then implementing purchase for replenishment.

Duties:
❖ Transportation (FMCG)
• Be responsible for effective delivery and maximize the economy of local delivery from the
customer’s warehouse to its assigned factory
• Receive orders from the CS team and make routine and delivery plans for the delivery
team
• Monitor and motivate the trucking team to meet daily plan
• Monitor and improve operative costs of transportation
• To respond promptly when any abnormal incidents occur.
• To identify and report potential inventory obsolescence to minimize Finished Goods and
Raw Materials scraps
❖ Warehouse: (FMGC)
• Be responsible for utilizing warehouse space
• Ensure the customer’s cargo is put in the right slot and is safe during the contract period
• Be sure 5S is implemented and the whole team must practice every day
• Monitor and supervise warehouse staff work effectively and reduce waste of energy, and
the fuel used by forklifts.
• Ensure cargo are loaded and delivered on time, the right customer with satisfaction.
