Financial Management
• Manage the annual planning, financial consolidation and financial reporting
• Ensure that the Financial System is IFRS compliant
• Finalise and interpret financial information and statements
• Review and approval monthly reconciliations
• Conduct financial analysis as required

Tax management
• Approve the taxation computation of companies (monthly, annual)
• Review tax calculations and ensure proper submission of annual tax return

• Manage internal and external loan obtaining/releasing process

• Manage the Financial Auditing process (internal and external)
• Ensure appropriate financial and governance controls are established and maintained
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and regulations
• Monitor internal controls and make recommendations for the strengthening of
controls where appropriate
• Oversee Company Secretarial functions

People
• Manage Departments to achieve work unit objectives (individuals and teams)
• Manage individual and team performance
• Ensure discipline is maintained in the department (Absenteeism, Time Management,
overtime, misconduct, etc.)

- coordination of the group audit in accordance with ISA and PCAOB requirements,
- coordination of the audit of SOX 404 requirements,
- understanding and reviewing of company’s entity level controls in terms of COSO
framework,
- understanding and reviewing of company’s internal audit function,
- reviewing the test of internal controls, identifying deficiencies and reporting them
to the management and internal auditors,
- performing and reviewing analysis of group financial and non-financial
