月 薪:
职责业绩: 马夸特是一家在威海新成立的工厂。本人来此公司参与基础建设,包括车间布局,注塑机器及做模设备的采购及验收,人员技能培训,作业流程指导书的编写,行业及客户审核。
后期本人负责外来模具的注塑工艺确定;注塑生产效率提高,Best Practices 实施和审核,生产过程问题分析,模具维修与保养。

Marquard is a newly established factory in Weihai. I came to this company to participate in construction, including workshop layout, purchase and acceptance of injection machines and tool making equipments, personnel skills training, work instruction, industry and customers’ audits.
In the later stage, I am responsible for the injection parameters of molds, improve production efficiency, Best Practices application and audit, the root cause analysis of injection production. the modification and maintenance of molds.
