Responsible for supporting about 250 end users for IT related problems incuding
Microsoft 365 administration and Network system maintenance.Setting up the
security related monitoring software in company computer under the organization
own domain with the instruction of Information Security Team.

Duties and responsibilities
Installation and patching, maintenance and performance tuning of windows
operating systems.
· Optimizing performance by conducting analysis and fine tuning of the wireless
signa on LAN.
· Manage all the access points form both oca and branch office in a single
management console using Unifi Cloud Key.
· Work with the following networking protocols(OSPF,BGP,HSRP,IPSEC, QOS and
Load Balancing).
· Created backup strategies for the data and recovery plan for the network and
storage
· Create DLP policy for users to prohibit the use of external storage devce and illegal
activity with KDDI cloud inventory.
(Achievement - Improve the organization information securty, Increase the network
utilization,End user convenience in IT related tasks)

Responsible for the nstallation,support as well as management of all network
technologies operatng in 24×7 business environments.Also deeply involved in
resolving network problems across the company. Managing network infrastructure.
Mentoring the work of junior staff.

Duties and responsibilities
· Troubleshooting and diagnostic services n lT hardware, software and TCP/IP,and
resolve network infrastructure issue.
· Configuring Routers, Switches,and Firewalls to set standards of VLANs, QOS, ACLs.
· Responding to client questions via telephone calls,emails and correspondence
· Network monitoring for the secure and stable connection purpose with least
downtime.
· Connecting and repairing fiber cable.(Fiber splicing)
