RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS
- Conduct and propose the Kaizen and cost reduction in term of EHS to improve EHS systems with more work efficient.
- Develop and implement the Equipment Safety and Safety buy off before releasing to operation as Global EHS Auditor.
- Develop and implement the Gas Safety for all sites of Lumentum company and to be a consultant as Gas controller specialist.
- Maintain and proceed the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Committee of the Workplace as Committee’s secretary.
- Implement and conduct the Laser safety as Laser Safety Officer.
- Work with Quality and Engineering departments about EHS requirements of Customer.
- Responsibility in ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 Lead Auditor.
- Create the media, develop the channel and set the plan for EHS communication.
- Responsibility in RBA, ERM program audit.
- Conduct the incident investigation and improve the system to prevent all incidents.
- Develop the Equipment Calibration to be available for using.
- Provide, develop and plan the EHS training courses for employees such as Basic Fire Fighting and Evacuation, Emergency gas leak, Electrical safety, Chemical Spill etc.
- Plan and proceed the EHS activities such as Weekly EHS and RBA audit, Daily Production Gemba audit, Safety week, EHS and 5S award etc.

Job Duties:

- Innovate and responsibly produce safe and quality products that deliver performance throughout the product life cycle.
- Responsibility in site leader of PSM (Process Safety Management) auditing, RC 14001: 2015 auditing, incident investigation and others that relate EHS.
- Implement the preventive maintenance program in site.
- Project leader for new projects at site.

- Internal audit and maintaining certification of ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 - Plan, implement, supervise and monitor implementation of HSE policies and programmes. - Law and Accident Incident Investigation Report. - Working requirement of customers and control subcontractors for RoHS Standard and SDS. - Employees training courses of Safety and Environment. - Environmental Report: Waste Manifest, Vor Or/ Or Kor. 6 & 7 and others to Government. - Safety Report: Sor Or.1 & 3, Jor Por Sor. 1 and others to Government. - Control subcontractors for to sell and buy to disposal Hazardous waste and transportation. - Daily and Monthly checking about equipment, hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
