· Working with central team to design the new I2O & O2C processes according to the S4/HANA new features.

As a bridge between user department and technical team, mapping business requirements to technical solutions and explaining products (new system logic & new functions) to user department.
· Full-cycle SAP R3 global template roll-out into Asia Country Units including Japan; Malaysia; Thailand and China.
· Define Functional testing and UAT testing scenarios.
· Key user training and training documents preparation.
· EDI connection with internal and external customers.

Solving daily troubleshooting.
· SAP Customizations and Enhancement Designs.
· Business Processes Standardization and Localization.
