Supersymmetry is a tech startup that creates a social media app called Project Z. The app has over 100,000
daily active users, mostly concentrated in Latin America.
• Write in English & Manage the translations of text and image for our app interface, company
announcements and PR releases, server database, website and help support, marketing materials, and
more, in the 8 languages we offer
• In charge of customer service and user support for all in-app support channels
• Create and manage in-app events and user-focused projects within the app
• Serve as the main go-between linking user feedback and user experience concerns with our technical
project managers and engineers
• Reduced the company’s monthly translation costs by 51% since joining

ICL is an agency for tailor-made student internships, group training trips, and business summits in China for
Universities and international companies. ICL also provides business consulting services to companies in
China who hire foreigners, or to foreigners looking to open their own company
• Manage a small team overseeing internship, study, group travel, and business consulting programs
• Direct the communication with foreign companies, agencies, and schools for client acquisition
• Coordinate programs locally with all relevant institutions, including schools, companies,
accommodation providers, and entry-exit bureau
• Lead all Operations for programs managed by ICL
• Deal with company banking, Chinese taxation, and hiring and issuing work permits for foreign staff
• Provide translation and interpreting services to both Integrate Chinese Life and clients

Assisted guests in answering any questions or complaints
• Coordinated with all park departments to resolve guest issues

• Ylab: Translation and copy-writing for a Chinese brand consultancy firm and their large foreign
clients, including Nestlé, AB-Inbev, The A2 Milk Company, and Bayer AG
• Project Z: App development for the Project Z app, responsible for all of the language and
localization of the English version, later full time
