-Be in charge of searching local, overseas suppliers; Found more than 1000 manufacturers and already cooperated with 4 suppliers in China and 2 suppliers in Vietnam; Every month export 100,000-200,000pcs
-Working with big Brands: Victoria Secret, Pink, Bath&Body Works
-Visit the factories and get them to make samples
-Sign contract with factories and inspect the quality of the goods
-Compare prices and quality of the suppliers to get the best deals
-Work with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods distributed to the clients on time
-Check the factory's production reports; handle the issues which might occur

-负责搜索本地、海外供应商；成立了1000多家制造商，已与中国的4家供应商和越南的2家供应商合作；每月出口10-20万件

-参观工厂，让工厂制作样品
-与工厂签订合同并检查货物质量
-比较供应商的价格和质量以获得最佳交易
-与交付和仓库团队合作，确保货物按时分发给客户
-检查工厂的生产报告；处理可能出现的问题

-Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability -Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
-Open new customer accounts
-Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
-Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
-Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

-Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
-Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
-Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
-Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have
been rescheduled
-Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a
timely manner
