· Empowering the production supervisors on lean manufacturing and OEE
· Keeping under control the KPIs efficiency, inventories, scrap and quality goals
· Introducing pcbas tool crib program and controlling purchasing by max-mix according production schedule
· Responsible of IAFT ISO/TS 16949 and IPC implementation on production section.
· Achievements, projects and implementations: Output increased 25% on 3 months and achieved the daily goals and CTS implementation to analyzing defects, implementing corrective action to reduce defects and increase the quality by products.

· Responsible of Engineering department since the introduction of new products until release mass production
· Coordinating cost reduction projects with possible savings by Kaizens and A3s.
· Analyzing root causes and solve problems for production using lean manufacturing tools
· Responsible for implementing and updating standard work, procedures, methods and layouts
· Determining and control all manufacturing capabilities of process and equipment utilization such as: Punch press, press brake, MIG and Spot welding, liquid, and electrostatic paint system and assembly line
· Achievements, projects, implementations: Increased production output reducing cycle times 20%, introduced more than 20 new models and new customer using PPAPs and cost savings projects ($550,000 during 2 years).

· Part of the transferring CSI lines. Including process such as: Injection molding, grinding and assembly catheter processes) using validation process: Installation (IQ), operational (OQ), process (PQ) and software validation of molding, grinding, laser cutting and test equipment such as: leak, electrical and dimensional
· Including process and equipment capability analysis, PFMEAs, control plan, work instructions and procedures.
· Achievements, projects, implementations: Support on transferring 4 production lines and implementing spare parts of tooling on injection molding process, implemented poka-yokes on packaging line due to missing components to avoid missing components and modifying equipment to improve the efficiency and capacity 30%

· Responsible of coordinate and administer projects since quote requested (defining cost targets, materials, labor, and manufacturing equipment) until completed the project goal.
· Direct contact with customers, liaison between customer and company staff
· Keeping the project scheduling and follow up until to complete the customer needs on time.
· Administration of project documents, and finance report plus the customer delivery information.
· Achievements, projects, implementations: Led and Completed 3 projects on time on different sites.

· Responsible of new products implementation since design until mass production
· Responsible for negotiating the manufacturing cost with the customer until approval.
· Introducing new products on process such as: MIG, TIG welding, grinding, casting, assembly and packing
· Achievements, projects, implementations: Updated product cost. This project increased 30% profit (Saving $400k by year) and established continuous improvement team and implemented 5S program.

2 Engineering technicians reporting me
· Responsible of Planta 1, 6 production lines (Ford and Kia customers) and 10 retail products (old version)
· Introduced Kia TL since molding to assembly process until customer approval.
· Coordinate on plant 1 and 2 OEE finding root cause of low efficiency and implementing corrective actions
· ECNs implementation to avoid obsolescence on Molding, Metalizing, Coating and assembly process
· Creating and updating routing, PFMEAs and control plan
· Achievements, projects, implementations: Introduction of KIA tail lamp 2015 with customer approved according to ISO/TS 16949

· Responsible to transfer 2 business units: Gift paper rewind and pot cover from New Hampshire, USA to Ciudad Juarez. Production lines, equipment, product and manufacturing process
· Establish production standards and equipment capability on all manufacturing lines in the company
· Designed and implemented maintenance plans and TPM in all manufacturing process.
