Accomplishments:
 Built up a quality service team with 165 operators, engineers, and leaders onsite at VinFast, Pegatron, LGDVH, Lens, and Samsung for quick support to customers on sorting and reworking parts.
 Raised up the total revenue of ACCU Viet Nam to 52% compared with 2021, causing 4 months salary bonus for all team members on Jan. 2022.
 Supporting 168 suppliers escaped of scrap/return parts such as VT Eivolt, Luoshi, LiteOn, Honson, CHL, Gotion, Huade, Foxlink, Trumony, Haiwang, Wanxiang, Wanfang, Mingfang, PreH, and so on.

Responsibility:
 Overall operation control of the onsite team,
 Checking and approval of SOP/WI for sorting and reworking.
 Directly meeting and dealing with customers’ issues.

 Raised the selling rate in the north of Vietnam by being involved in quick problems solving (VinFast 43% up, and Fluence 27% up, etc.)
 The return rate for 2022 is 0%, reaching the set target (KPIs)

Responsibility:
 Handle abnormal problems in the customer receipt and assembly process and make preliminary judgments.
 Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services, then working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues.
 Containment/isolate/sort the defective parts at the customer's side according to the scope of risk and preliminary FA analysis.
 Planning for reworking the defective parts, and dealing with the customer to reduce the number of part returns.

Training course in China:
 Hi-voltage safety, general safety aids.
 Battery packs and cell knowledge, vehicle general assembly, and unassembly
 BMS software issues and solving.

这个公司主要是电子产品（离职时的岗位做到Quality supervisor，期间管理团队大概23人--两个工程师、两组场员工，团队管理经验1年4个月左右）

Responsibility:
 Being a representative of the Company when contacting the training organizations, consultants, and audit organizations related to the quality management system.
 Assist Quality Manager/Director in organizing Quality Management System review meetings and defining direction development.
 Monthly report to the Quality Manager/Director.
 Responsible for departments conducting audits of suppliers, measuring product quality, Quality control (IQC-PQC-OQC), measure customer satisfaction, and defining corrective and preventive action.
 Combination of departments to improve the process/quality of the system and products to meet the request of customers.

Related training during those 4+ years:
 ISO 9001, ISO 14001 to carry out regular internal audits, monitoring the audit cycle to ensure it remains effective and updated.
 Be trained in detail about IATF 16949:2016, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and FAIR.
