Responsibility and skill:
1.Lead a team supporting operational OEE to deliver the build plan target.
2. Improving the process yield and quality, support production built and provides engineering support
on EPP (Engineering Pre-Production) built
before releasing to mass production.
3. Lead production team and work across multiple team - procurement,
planning, product/process/test engineering, quality team to manage key
challenges such as product failures, material issues and reprioritize
orders to minimize customer impact.
4. Decision making in determines corrective actions related to process yield
issue, test improvement, production improvement, root cause analysis, and other production and process

improvement issues, process improvement issue, cost reduction issue

7. Lead operational initiatives to improve test yield, OEE cycle time
reduction, quality & reliability and cost reduction of instrument
products.

Responsibility and skill:
1. Lead production capacity planning for shipment and revenue
maximization, Inventory optimization and equipment modernization.
2. Lead production equipment team for organizing the repair and routine
maintenance of production equipment. Manage equipment shortage and reprioritize equipment
utilization to overcome capacity limitation.
3. Initiate improvement plan towards Lean Manufacturing, optimize
equipment utilization, space optimization.
4. Oversee production processes to meet quality control standards.
6. Provide technical know-how in resolving instrument (system level knowledge) and printed circuit
assemblies (circuit level) failures.
7. Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and addressing opportunities to maintain and improve design
of product.
8. Carried out manufacturing specific test to assess new part qualification,
discontinues part and also quality improvement.
9. Responsible for the NPI process/product engineering and failure analysis
activities.
