Responsible for attendance system implementation (Paper card to HR2AX)
Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B activities including monthly payroll, final
payments, work injury cases
Handle full recruitment process, from job ads design, sourcing, job ad posting,
screening, interview arrangement, conducting interview to making job offer
Act asarepresentative between HR and HRIS service provider for system
management
Responsible for leave and attendance management
Perform HRIS consolidation and management (HR2 & HR Lite)
Handle daily HR operations including contract and letter preparation, staff benefits,
administrative & miscellaneous work, etc.
Assist in UA Cinema liquidation
Prepare monthly & ad hoc reports (E.g. Remuneration report, headcount report)
