• I Implemented the cost reduction project for LG Electronics client through the replacement of EPS (expanded polystyrene) parts
for our paper-based product, achieving direct savings of 30%
• I made negotiations with the customer the commercial conditions and product costs, based on volume and design changes, due
to this the company increased its profit margins by 6%
• I analyzed the list of products offered by the company to generate new options for those that offered a lower profit margin, including
packaging for plastic and wood-based appliances. From this analysis, the implementation of new packaging began.
