RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementing Project and Export Sales strategies that meet Company’s business objectives
• Managing existing client accounts and generating new business through proactive lead generation
• Create exceptional sales pitches to prospective clients. Fulfil daily target of outbound sales calls
• Track activity, prepare and maintain accurate, detailed records for sales leads and account status
• Share excellent product knowledge with sales team, colleagues and clients
• Negotiate favourable contract renewals with clients at scheduled time intervals
• Promptly address and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers
• Support and mentor sales staff – lead by example in driving the execution and closing of sales plans
• Collaborate effectively with Company’s cross-functional teams (Marketing, Research &Development, Finance... etc)
