- Support customer audit and internal audit at Shop floor of New Model development
- Review and approve ECR change, new drawing issue by design team release in system
- Support build sample new model to ensure validate confirm quality of product before ship to customer
- Ensure validate confirm approve judgment OK /NOK sample, Limit criteria acceptance of new model
- Establishing for Inspection report, Control plan, MSA, IMDS, SPC, Cpk update of New model present customer approve

-Supervise inspector for confirm part incoming inspection & supplier development for Stamping Metal ,Die casting part
- Performing process audit of supplier of new model, ECR ,PCR change approve PPAP support purchase team

- Dealing with suppliers regarding nonconforming materials, disposition and containment Sourcing actions in a timely manner
