Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager
• Contribute in setting, refining and development of the organization vision and mission.
• Sharing in Setting objectives, goals, strategies and tactics that help to achieve the company vision and mission.
• Support the overall process of management decision making to ensure the organization maximization of profitability.
• Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company strategies.
• Measure and evaluate the ongoing strategies and tactics to take any corrective action on time.
• Communicate with sales to develop new markets and insure sales optimization to increase company market share and profitability.
• Study the feasibility of opening new offices or factories.
• Follow up and analysis market changes that may affect our industry e.g. political issues,
governmental decisions, foreign currency fluctuation, new competitors ... etc. and report
same to top management.
• Studying and analyzing the correlation relation between raw material and other materials/services like gold, oil, gas, electricity ... etc. also any other correlation relation which may have a direct impact on profitability.
• Monitor the proper existence in the international market through exhibitions and magazines.
• Monitor client’s satisfaction through a direct visits and managing a market survey.
• Monitor internal procedures related to fast movement of stock material to ensure propercash flow.
• Prepare customized reports in several areas based on top management request. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
