1) To handle the production with 1.8Gw volume capacity which coverage by 645
employees, daily output meet 9260 / 9377 pcs and monthly achievement 150Mw, quality
yield achievement is 99.65%.
2) As a pioneer to setup 3 plants production, set the production functional flow with automatic 1 piece flow process concept, and build up the production regulations and
procedures to control the disciplinary issued.
3) According the standard work concept to plan and design the headcount based on each processes requirement to meet the daily output target.
4) Establish the training programs and syllabus to train and educate the operators based on the Standard Operation Procedures requirements, make sure the direct labor able to operate with independent and understand the operation rules. Operators skill level to be refreshed and justified in every 6 months to make sure all the new Work Instruction and procedures pass through the operator information.
5) To make sure the production superintendents and staffs to meet the production KPI based on the Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and morale which target given by head quarter, and improve the current weakness.
6) To make sure the cost units of the product are in the lowest value to gain the maximum profit of sale order. reduced the man power, increased the product quality yield, reduced the materials waste, eliminate the rework possibility.
7) To liaise with the process engineering team to monitor and continue improve the production stability condition so that to minimize the material consumption waste, productivity and quality loss, and think of some KAIZEN activities to reduce machinery issued, mishandling problem and decrease the machine down time, hence to request the planning of the Preventive Maintenance and weekly maintenance schedule to make sure production line is always in good condition.
8) To think of the cost saving project like headcount saving plan with
productivity maintain, to minimize the direct materials consumption usage with quality
maintain, and shut down few machines from the certain process with full utilization and
capability of limited machines.
9) Monitoring and controlling the operations jig tools with autonomous
maintenance schedule so that to prevent the high usage of jigs tools replacement, and think how to recycle the used jig.
