- Perform installation, commissioning, training, application support,
calibration services and repairs.
- Prepare the instrument performance and prepare accessories before delivery and installation
- Install new instrument and set up the operation and maintenance training for customer
- Provide advisory instruction by phone, e-mail, social media messaging to customers
- Repair the broken instruments at customer site or at the office
- Response to do the preventive maintenance program which included the equipment checking and chemical
testing
- Report of service job (Spare parts, Preventive and maintenance, Service fee, repair, etc.)
- Check and record repair requirement and report the progress to Service Manager.
