Achieved monthly target given by the management, 1500MT (IDR 70 billion)
- Reporting sales team performance at the end of the month
- Forecasting sales team performance beginning of the month
- Manage 3 sales staff and 2 admin to accomplish all management target.
- Manage stainless steel customer all over Indonesia (Distributors, Pipe manufacture, Elevator factory, Automotive manufacture, another STS user. In total there are about5–10 big distributors/stockiest in Indonesia which can procure up to 400MT monthly. And also there are5–10 Manufacture which can also buy up to 500MT monthly. (variety grades of SS)
- Follow up the payment from customers.
- Monitoring credit limit for customer, work together with local insurance to cover each business account.
- Sourcing new suppliers overseas, such as: China Mills (TISCO,HONGWANG, etc), Malaysia (Bahru Stainless), Thailand (THAINOX), Etc.
- Update customers about production status, delivery progress and also paper works.
- Help customer to settle all the claims happen on their side.
- Finding 1-3 new customers monthly (target from the management, but usually I only manage to find 1 new
customer per 3 months.
- Try to approach government project.
- Working together with Tsingshan Stainless Steel Indonesia to supply SS as much as possible to Indonesia market.
