Job scope:
●Manage whole project with the team (sales, purchaser, drafter, supplier and sub-contractor)
●Attend sale handover meeting
●Understand tender specs and project scope
●Dealing with consultant, main contractor, client, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors
●Prepare project Schedule and get approval from Main contractor
●Request and negotiate quotation from potential sub-contractor and supplier
●Review all quotations and draft PO before issue to make sure specs, accessories and payment terms are appropriate.
●Review all equipment catalogue and drawings to meet tender spec
●Prepare and review all drawings and document for submission to consultant approval
●Attend site meeting
●Raise RFIs or chair meeting to clarify issue with consultant
●Coordination with consultant, main contractor and other NSCs
●Follow up internal and external progress make sure it is on project timeline
●Report to management, main contractor, client and consultant on the current progress
●Site Installation
●Quality check on work done by sub-contractor
●Testing and commissioning.
