Chipset:
Maintain the strong relationship with customers and try to become their key partner.
Dig out all kinds of information in customer sides to unearth new business opportunities.
Continuously provide and update product and technical information to customers (formal and informal roadmappresentation).
Make forecasts for production and logistical planning.
Coordinate cross function teams (FAE, RD, TM, PM, Logistic) to make customers’ projects go smoothly.
Track, follow up and solve all issues: technical issues, quality, RMA, payment, shipment, etc.
Analyze market, products, customers & competitors to get the design-in/-win.
Manage distributor’s business status: visiting customers with distributor, set the pricing/strategy to distributor,
review their business report and status.
Manage Japanese OEMs: regularly face-to-face visiting to Japan for business discussion, product and technology
promotion, price negotiation, spec & future PC trend discussion, entertainment with Japanese OEMs.
Lead SiS’s ODM Sales team to manage the promotion and strategy for Japanese OEMs.
Coordinate all project development in Taiwan ODMs for Japanese OEMs.
DRAM Module and Chip:
Join the establishment of SiS new module division in the beginning.
Handle the product & marketing planning for the DRAM module products.
As the coordinator between DRAM team and Chipset team.
The leader of the whole Sales team to monitor all of the promotion activities for DRAM module products in the PC
customers.
Marketing function role to make the company’s marketing materials for W/W Sales to do the promotion
Penetrate our DRAM modules into PC ODM & OEM customers
Create new customers and new markets
Weekly analyze & present market status of W/W memory & PC industry to SiS top managers for making strategy
Maintain the forecast/demand of W/W PC ODM/OEM customers for logistic planning

Let SiS module products get into OEM/ODM customers in the shortest term (< 3 months).
Contribute >90% module revenue in OEM/ODM customers in SiS.
First Sales guy to reach over NT$100M/m revenue - less than 6 months after SiS started DRAM business
