• Write and format the report according to the management's expectations.

• Analyze business processes with management and superior.
• Redesign processes for optimal efficiency and quality by incorporating them into an in-house
system.
• Establish clear and realistic milestones and deadlines for each task.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to the stakeholders throughout the change process.
(Example: SOP flow chart, training manuals, etc)
• Evaluate the outcomes and impacts of the change process on the stakeholders.
• Track progress and performance using appropriate tools.
• Establish and implement KPI structure to measure performance.
