Data Analysis
• Review the objectives and scope of the report and perform data analysis using appropriate
methods and tools (PowerBI).
• Summarize and visualize the key findings and insights.
• Write and format the report according to the management's expectations.
Business Process Improvement
• Analyze business processes with management and superior.
• Redesign processes for optimal efficiency and quality by incorporating them into an in-house
system.
• Establish clear and realistic milestones and deadlines for each task.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to the stakeholders throughout the change process.
(Example: SOP flow chart, training manuals, etc)
• Evaluate the outcomes and impacts of the change process on the stakeholders.
• Track progress and performance using appropriate tools.
• Establish and implement KPI structure to measure performance.

Operation Management
• To collaborate with IT team to solve system issue and streamlined the operations activities.
• To collaborate with Logistic Service Providers (LSPs) for daily operation activities and
analysis their operation process in order to achieve cost saving.
• To coordinate and analysis existing internal process improvement and cost saving project.
• To clear MY,SG &TH backlogs including project, individual and large deal order to meet IDC
and quarter end target.
• To collaborate with Care and Sales team to improve customer satisfaction.
• File claim against LSP for order discrepancies.

• To collaborate with warehouse leaders and production planners to ensure customer orders
can meet the ex-factory date.
• To collaborate with forwarder agents and hauler team to ensure on time delivery of container
to our factory and port.
• To manage and input data into the system to avoid misinterpretation for warehouse and
production team.
• To generate and analysis reports from the system to streamline the outbound planning.

Customer Service & Operation Management
• To act as Key Account Officer to fulfill customer orders and inquiries.
• To build rapport and handle complaints from customer to improve customer satisfaction.
• To ensure ePOD submit on time as per customer requirements.
• To collaborate with internal team to submit KPI reports to respective customer
monthly/quarterly.
• To coordinate inbound and outbound activities to avoid warehouse congested and
streamlined the operations.
• To achieve maximum profitability with consolidate orders into minimum containers/trucks
needed.
• To collaborate with Logistic Service Providers/Vendors for daily operation activities.
• To manage own truck Road Tax, Puspakom and maintenance.
