• Developing HR policies - Recruiting & onboarding policies, C&B policy, and Employee Handbook.
• Leading talent acquisition efforts - overseeing the recruitment and hiring of employees, from
sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers.
• Managing employee relations - handling employee grievances, mediating conflicts, and
ensuring that employees are treated fairly and respectfully.
• Implementing compensation and benefits programs - determining salary and benefit
structures, conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation, and managing
the administration of benefits programs.
• Working with senior management to improve company performance - identifying areas for
improvement, developing training programs, and implementing performance management
systems to track progress and ensure accountability.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the HR teams in each APAC country
(Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines), fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture. Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide coaching and
development opportunities to team members.
