Main Responsibilities:

➢ Create, communicate and execute commodity sourcing strategy aligning business requirements.

➢ Develop sourcing plan, lead RFQ with suppliers, negotiate cost to meet program need.

➢ Lead supplier selection activities based on suppliers’ quotation, technical capabilities and quality performance.

➢ Work with engineering team closely to meet programs objectives in terms of cost and schedule.

➢ Drive parts shipment from suppliers to CM in time to meet FATP demand till program EOL.

➢ Manage tooling and all manufacturing process capacity plan to ensure enough capacity for mass production.

➢ Lead PVT ramping readiness review with internal teams and suppliers, arrange PVT production.

➢ Lead suppliers monthly and annual performance review, drive suppliers for improvements.

➢ Drive suppliers to provide enough resources support in entire program lifecycle.

➢ Negotiate cost reduction with suppliers regularly. Conduct cost breakdown and should cost modeling. Seek opportunities for cost reduction.

➢ Lead SEA (South East Asia) localization including existing suppliers & programs transfer to SEA and new supplier development in SEA region.

➢ Lead new supplier capability assessment with cross-functional teams.

➢ Develop 2nd source for cost saving and supply diversification. Conduct ROI analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

➢ Identify and mitigate potential product and supplier issues/risks that affect reliability, quality and manufacturability in early new product development phase.

➢ Join xVT (HVT, EVT, DVT and PVT) builds to detect any process, design and supplier related issue/risk, drive continuous improvement and verification till closure.

➢ Develop and lead PPAP process for supplier ramp up including control plan, CTP/CTQ, SIP, GR&R and measurement correlation, FAI/Cmk/Cpk, ARR, limit samples, process readiness etc.

➢ Qualify copy tools, fixtures and lines based on ramping plan. ➢ Establish process/mechanism in driving supplier improvement with score card and regular performance review.

➢ Lead issue analysis progress and communication with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams on supplier related issues improvement.

➢ Monitor supplier production yield and drive improvement to ensure product meeting delivery and cost requirements.

➢ Lead field return issue investigation and improvement with suppliers, provide update to all stakeholders in a timely manner.

➢ Lead the enhancement of existing suppliers to improve their capability and product quality.

➢ Lead new supplier qualification audit.

Main Responsibilities:

➢ New product launch coordination and execution by leading team to drive manufacturing performance in Nokia Dongguan factory.

➢ NPI builds preparation and coordination including material, fixture and equipment.

➢ New product builds schedule control, build status summarizing and sharing with stakeholders.

➢ NPI builds yield tracking and issues follow-up after each build.

➢ Coordinate with related teams to identify issue root cause and take improvement actions.

➢ Monitor product production MFR and drive continuous improvement.

➢ Arrange control run in factory for new material & supplier verification.

➢ Lead ECN implementation in factory after verification and qualification.

➢ Prepare capacity plan for new product before ramp up.

➢ Monitor product scrap cost during production and arrange improvement.

EPM Department Manager Main Responsibilities:

➢ Receive new program development requirements and discuss with customers (Motorola), arrange internal teams for development then provide feedback to customers.

➢ Launch new program into production from kick-off by driving all internal NPI activities.

➢ Submit DFM reports based on customers’ design, and discuss with customer for all issues and risks.

➢ Arrange design, tooling and fixture verification with trial runs and DOEs.

➢ Manage tooling and fixture development schedule, submit and review with customers.

➢ Prepare build plan per program milestone and customer requirements.

➢ NPI builds preparation and execution to meet delivery requirement.

➢ Follow up all processes yields for each build and drive issues corrective actions.

➢ Manage ECN implementation including tools, fixtures and documents change/upgrade.

➢ Lead failure analysis for customer return issue and update to customers.

➢ Prepare capacity plan before ramp up for all processes based on customer ramp plan and forecast.

➢ Program risk monitoring and highlighting to top management timely in need.

Main Responsibilities:

➢ Quality control points identification and arrangement for all production processes.

➢ Establish quality procedure, SIP and control plan.

➢ Lead quality issue root cause analysis and corrective actions.

➢ Production yield tracking and continuous improvement actions following.

➢ Evaluate and qualify new supplier.

➢ Customer complaint investigation and handling.
