①协助总经理:制定公司的发展战略规划和实施公司的年度经营目标和计划,在授权范围内处理内部的日常事务和对重大问题做出决策;提供经营决策分析和支持;处理外部关系,为公司树立良好形象;审定内部的经营管理制度,如有必要则提出修改完善意见。

Lead team to decrease defect rate that are assembly of Actuator for turbocharge,stamping,welding,machining,laser,CNC-stamping, punch riveting and metal surface treatment on process. And set up standard cycle time with PMC department.
④指导ISO9001/IATF16949、ISO13485、ISO14001、和OHSAS18001体系 的建立、推行与维护,推进公司企业质量文化的建设工作。
Lead DCC and other members to create,implement and maintain systems,such as ISO9001/IATF16949,ISO13485,ISO14001 and OHSAS45001.Continue to improve quality civilization of corporation.
⑤指导LPA过程分层审核的策划、实施与改进。
Guide all departments to plan, implement and improve for LPA.
⑥监督质量、生产、PMC、IE、Lean精益改善等...部门改善的推进结果。
