①协助总经理:制定公司的发展战略规划和实施公司的年度经营目标和计划,在授权范围内处理内部的日常事务和对重大问题做出决策;提供经营决策分析和支持;处理外部关系,为公司树立良好形象;审定内部的经营管理制度,如有必要则提出修改完善意见。

④指导ISO9001/IATF16949、ISO13485、ISO14001、和OHSAS18001体系 的建立、推行与维护,推进公司企业质量文化的建设工作。
