Responsibility 工作职责:
• Define and develop China brand strategy based on market analysis, customer survey
and long term product planning;
管理乘用车市场监控与客户调研,并以此为基础制定和发展中国品牌战略;
• Set up and form key brand assets; Lead the planning and content development, work
with online and offline team to ensure efficient channel distribution;
打造关键品牌资产;领导内容开发,与跨国团队合作,制定本土化方案;
• Design and implement overarching branding project and initiatives to defend brand’s
leading position and further enhance brand image;
设计和实施年度传播策略,以巩固品牌地位和提升品牌形象;
• Coordinate with CN PR team to develop PR calendar and partner to implement media
activities;
与 中国公关团队协调,开发公关日历,并合作实施媒体活动;
• Play as the brand gatekeeper across three key OEM partners in China; monitor
existing communications and content for consistency of voice, tones and messaging.
Drive effective internal communications to assist proper use of marketing contents
在中国主要合资伙伴中担任品牌看门人;把关产品传播形式内容和总体调性。
Achievement 工作成果:
• 2018- until now 至今:
Lead the VW brand reborn in China. Define, shape, spread and manage the new
branding strategy and launch plan, and set China KPI;
主导大众品牌全新品牌系统:制定、塑造、推广和管理新的品牌战略和发布计
划,并设定中国KPI;
Lead an international cross function team covers marketing, product planning, dealer
network and digital to ensure the successful roll out of China New Brand Image.
Fully responsible for budget and suppliers management.
领导一支涵盖营销、产品策划、经销商网络和数字化的国际跨职能团队,确保
中国新品牌形象的成功推出。全面负责预算和供应商管理。
• 2017- until now 至今:
Lead on set up of the all new sub-brand ‘Jetta’ in China. Lead a cross functional task
force to redefine positioning and brand framework;
Independently develop a holistic new branding system of Jetta incl. brand strategy,
brand CI system, brand dealer showroom concept development and design, brand
research system etc;
领导完成大众全新子品牌"捷达"的品牌升级,搭建包括品牌战略、品牌CI系
统、品牌经销商展厅概念开发、品牌研究体系等在内的捷达整体新品牌体系。
• Lead brand establishment of an all new premium electric brand ‘X’ (WIP)
领导大众汽车旗下全新高端电动车品牌‘X’的前期规划 (未上市)
