· Overview weekly payroll and HR metrics by ADP, regarding on-boarding/termination, incident reports, overtime control, record-keeping/tracking, time sheet adjustments, payroll troubleshooting, developing benefit package...etc.
· Maintain EEO, FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, & OSHA compliance, and ensure the company policies, guidelines, and practices comply state and federal law.
· Oversee recruitment process, regarding sourcing, exiting interviews, conducting reference checks, developing, and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.
· Commit to the fair selection and development of our diverse workforce.
· Investigate and report accidents in a timely manner and coordinate with claim processor to process workers compensation.
· Provide information/documents to Texas Workforce Commission and manage unemployment correspondence.
· Provide advice/guidance to Executive team regarding performance management, recruitment, evaluation, promotion, placement, employee equity & diversity...etc.
· Work with the Supervisors to resolve employee’s grievances and improve employee relations
· Perform management duties in the warehouse and office.
