I have been working here as a customer support, sales and financial advisor for 6 months. My primary
role is to make sales for the Franchise but I also create our invoices, manage our customers that pay by
monthly finance and offer support to customer that have issues with their charger. My support includes
organising site visits and phone support for App related issues.
Additionally, I order the stock that we require for our jobs and input all data into a spreadsheet to work out
or Net Revenue on a monthly basis. The final branch to my role is submitting all installs to the Distribution
Network Operator (DNO). I work with two DNO's as the installs we cover range from Croydon to Dartford
including all of the South East area Post Codes (RH, BN, CT, ME, DA, CR and KT). My company has two
installers that operate in these areas and it is my job to coordinate their schedules and daily routines
as well.
Prior to this I worked for another EV Charging company so I have now two and a half years of experience
in this field, but my role branches to customer service, finance, support and sales as well. I am very
confident with IT, dealing with emails and being on the phone simultaneously. My knowledge and skills
have continued to expand and I welcome all training sessions offered to me to further develop me
professionally. I thoroughly enjoy a customer facing role but I would like a role higher up within a company
with an increased package as I believe I have the knowledge, organisation, efficiency and communication
to achieve this. I have always had excellent organisation which allows for the daily running of my
Franchise including rescheduling of installs, liaising with the head office team, communicating with my
installers and dealing with all types of enquiries/ queries on the inbox that I manage.
As my role is remote because the office is registered in Dartford I manage myself mostly including my
workload, phone calls, meetings, communication with the installers and all finances related to my own
sales. I have biweekly check-ins with my manager and I would prefer to be in a remote or hybrid role
moving forward in my career.
