Key areas of responsibility & Key Contributions:
Key Account, Manager Provimi Vietnam (Cargill Vietnam) ,Mar. 2019 to Apr. 2021 (02 yrs 01 mos ) and Jun. 2013 to Dec. 2016 (03 yrs 07 mos)
1. Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, price and expense budget, provide dollar forecast updates;
2. Analyze market trends and sales potential, prepare sales forecast for use in planning manufacturing operations and inventory control;
3. Ensure appropriate preparation of the marketing plans for new product launch, symposium and annual strategic support for key accounts including technical support, in-house seminar, promotion campaigns (trials/ product discount/sightseeing tour/oversea visit factory trip) to sell products, to increase sales for being used products/ new product applications;
4. Manage key account enquiries and issues effectively to know their development trends and enhance the customer relationship and promotes as being responsive and customer focused;
5. Provide market feedbacks to the Commercial Lead for purpose of ensuring key accounts’ demands to be satisfied;
6. Prepare and make report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends; update this information on a regular basis;
7. Accompany and guide suppliers during visits in Vietnam;
8. Regular coordinate with technical team support customers for technical matters;
9. Coordinate with the formula team to adjust or design new formulas for feed mill to optimize feed formula costs;
10. Opened new customer is De Heus with revenue about 250K USD/ yrs in 2019;
11. And increased 100 thousand USD/ yrs that sold new additive products for Usfeed;
12. Key customers development situation : Cargill, De Heus, ANT, CJ, Japfa, Sunjin, Emivest, Greenfeed, Lai Thieu, Vina, Usfeed are key account in Vietnam;
13. Exceed the sales target ( 6.5M USD in 2019 and 7.6M USD in 2020), contribute 30% -35% of the company's revenue.
Reason for resignation: The 1st reason: Candidate want to perfect all the skills of a professional sales person as well as great leadership skills. His current company did not give him the opportunity to develop but Manulife is a great place to train this. And the result as attached is that Candidate was an excellent salesperson and manager in this completely new field (MDRT, FC platinum, MBA, IQA, MFA) that be recognized not only domestically but also internationally; The second reason: Candidate want to challenge himself with a new field that be the most difficult industry; The third reason: The humanity of this profession helps he improve his work skills and love for the community and confidently become an excellent leader in the future.
