5. 列举并优先考虑项目的技术和商业风险。
6. 估计项目工期和资源需求。
7. 建立并实施报价流程,使客户的报价系统化。
8. 建立成本/报价数据库,用于成本分析和跟踪。
9. 监控从产品批量生产到EOL的项目毛利率。
10. 通过调整收入预测和成本降低行动与财务部门合作,实现财务目标。

Product Pricing Manager – TYMPHANY Sep. 2019 – Current
Manage the P&L for the CABU with more than $400 million dollar revenues.
Lead a team to deliver the accurate quotes in time to customers with good business results.
Quickly evaluate and analyze the feasibility of a customer’s target at RFI phase for management team’s decision making.
Communicate with customers for all the cost and quotation issues.
Enumerate and prioritize the project technical and commercial risks.
Estimate the project duration and resource (NRE) needs.
Set up and Implement the quotation process to systemize the quote to the customer.
Establish cost/quotation database for cost analysis and trackers.
Monitor project gross margin from Product’s mass production to EOL.
Cooperate with finance by aligning revenue projection and cost down actions to achieve finance target.
