Own and manage either mechanical or process piping construction for green field semiconductor
factory.
• Work as a key stake holder of the on-site Project Management team to plan, organize, and supervise
projects from inception through construction, commissioning, and close-out.
• Utilize Navisworks, and AutoCAD to develop a power point presentation to show the progress of the
project.
• Ensure projects scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts are developed and being tracked and executed
to projects goals.
• Prepare project reports and documentation, communicate with Facilities Operations team, Facilities
Engineering and Design team and Client management.
• Maintain good relationship with Client and trade labor to encourage and enable craft productivity
improvements.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA Safety policies. Prepare safety reports and document job safety walk on a
regular basis.

Make changes in the operation to best meet companies SLA deadlines, alongside ensure that the

Direct day to day on site supervision of subcontractors to drive construction progress, ensure quality
control and maintain a safe/clean job site.
• Anticipates problems and works with client, engineers, subcontractors, and Project Manager to
identify and implement corrective actions.
• Update client and Project Manager informed of the day-to-day activities of the project.
• Supervise punch list process to ensure all are addressed and execute in a timely manner.
• Communicate with subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to schedules, plans, and
specifications.
• Document daily log reports and monthly project reports of multiple job progress at once.
• Organize/attend meetings with subcontractors and distribute meeting minutes to all project

Utilize CAD equipment to produce routine and specialized layouts including detail drawings, assembly
drawings, sketches and diagrams with all views and dimensions necessary for creation and installation.

• Visit multiple job sites daily to acquire measurements and manage different ongoing projects.
• Work directly with project managers, inspectors, and engineers to go over the progress of ongoing
